All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us directly.

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Cooking Point reserves the right to update prices at any time, though the price at the time of booking will be honored.

3.3 Payment

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by the Client

  • Group classes (public): Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the class. Within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
  • Private classes and events: Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing (email) or through the links available on the booking confirmation.

4.2 Cancellation by Cooking Point

In rare circumstances, Cooking Point may cancel a class (e.g., force majeure, low attendance). In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, we inform you that:
